‼️ We’re Hiring: Brand Associate
Location: Costain Lagos (Hybrid)
200,000 monthly
Role Summary:
The Brand Associate will work closely with the Senior Brand Associate and Brand Manager to ensure smooth campaign execution, maintain brand consistency, and support client deliverables across all touchpoints.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Brand Execution Support
– Assist in implementing brand campaigns across digital and offline channels
– Support translation of brand strategies into actionable task plans
– Ensure marketing activities align with approved brand positioning
– Provide administrative and execution support to the brand team
Research & Market Support
– Conduct market research and competitor monitoring
– Gather consumer and campaign data for analysis
– Support preparation of insight reports and presentations
– Monitor industry trends and share relevant updates
Campaign & Project Coordination
– Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules
– Follow up with internal teams on deliverables
– Track task progress and escalate delays when necessary
– Organize campaign assets and documentation
Client Support
– Prepare client presentations and reports
– Attend meetings and document action points
– Follow up on client requests
– Maintain professional client communication
Brand Governance
– Ensure materials comply with brand guidelines
– Proofread outgoing brand materials
– Maintain organized brand asset folders
– Support periodic brand audits
Team Collaboration
– Work closely with the Senior Brand Associate
– Participate in internal planning meetings
– Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions
– Support workflow improvements
🔹 Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
– 2+ years experience in branding, marketing, or agency environment
– Good understanding of brand management and campaign execution.
– Good analytical and reporting abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
