JOB ROLE: BRAND ASSOCIATE
Location: Costain, Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦200,000 monthly
🔹 Role Summary
Detail and Avedia is looking for a smart, detail-oriented Brand Associate to support brand campaign execution and client deliverables.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Brand Execution Support
• Assist with digital and offline brand campaigns
• Support translation of strategy into task plans
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Research & Market Support
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Gather campaign and consumer data
• Support insight reports
• Monitor industry trends
Campaign & Project Coordination
• Maintain content calendars and schedules
• Follow up with internal teams
• Track tasks and escalate delays
• Organize campaign assets
Client Support
• Prepare client reports and presentations
• Attend meetings and document action points
• Follow up on client requests
Brand Governance & Team Collaboration
• Ensure brand compliance across materials
• Proofread brand outputs
• Maintain asset folders
• Support team planning and brainstorming
🔹 Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm., Business Admin, or related field
– Must have completed NYSC
– 2+ years’ experience in branding/marketing/agency
– Strong organization and attention to detail
– Good analytical and reporting skills
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple deadlines
