Location: Costain, Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to support business growth through lead and revenue generation, client acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will assist with market research, prospecting, proposal development, and relationship management while working closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
• Generate sales and revenue for the company
• Drive business growth through lead generation and client acquisition
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline
• Conduct market research and prepare proposals/pitches
• Prospect, follow up, and support client onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams and attend networking events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4+ years experience in business development, sales, marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and research skills
• Experience in media, branding, marketing, or consulting is a plus
