JOB OPENING: BUSINESS MANAGER (VETERINARY CLINIC)

💰 Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly
A reputable Veterinary Clinic located in Opebi, Ikeja, is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Manager to oversee its administrative, operational, and business development activities.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of healthcare or hospital operations, excellent business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and business growth. Experience in veterinary practice management or healthcare administration will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Oversee the clinic’s daily administrative and operational activities.
– Coordinate staff activities and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
– Supervise administrative, customer service, and front desk operations.
– Monitor inventory, billing processes, and overall operational efficiency.
– Develop and implement strategies to support business growth and practice development.
– Ensure high standards of professionalism and an exceptional client experience.
– Prepare operational and management reports.
– Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Support management in achieving the clinic’s business and growth objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 7 years of relevant leadership experience, particularly in hospital business management, hospital administration, practice management, or a similar role.
– Experience within the healthcare or veterinary sector will be an added advantage.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Good understanding of business operations and practice management.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital management systems.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
– Applicants must reside in Ikeja or its environs.
