ROLE: CBT IT SUPPORT STAFF
Our client CBT center in ILUPEJU is seeking a highly skilled IT SUPPORT STAFF who will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operations of Computer-based testing systems, hardware, software, networks and other IT infrastructure before, during and after examination. Successful candidate resumes immediately.
LOCATION: ILUPEJU, LAGOS
SalaryY: ₦150,000
WORK MODE: FULL
TIME
RESPONSIBILITIES:
▫️ Set up, Configure and maintain Computers and other equipment used for CBT examination.
▫️ Provide technical support to candidates, examiners and administrative staff during CBT sessions.
▫️ Trouble shoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
▫️ Ensure compliance with CBT examination procedures, IT policies and security requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
🖲️ OND, HND or BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
🖲️ Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
🖲️ Experience supporting Computer-based examinations is an advantage.
🖲️ Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, WiFi, IP addresses and internet connectivity.
🖲️ Strong knowledge to detail and ability to follow procedures
🖲️ Applicant should reside within Ilupeju, Oshodi, Palmgrove, Onipan, Anthony or environs close as there’s no accommodation for the job
