JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Client in Road & Building Construction with offices in ilaro(Ogun), and also in Oshodi(Lagos) is seeking to recruit a Junior CIVIL ENGINEER with little experience. Ideal candidate will Design, Plan, manage projects, and supervise Construction.
Candidate will work across the Lagos and Ogun branches.
LOCATION: ILARO, OGUN
SALARY: ₦200,000
AGE RANGE: 25 – 37 years
RESPONSIBILITIES:
🦺Designing and Planning infrastructure projects, considering factors such as structural integrity, safety, functionality, and environmental impact
🦺Project Management, oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of a project., including budgeting, scheduling, procurement and resources allocation.
🦺Construction Supervision, ensuring that construction work adheres to the design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
🦺Site Investigation, to assess the geological and environmental conditions, evaluate factors such as soil composition, water tables and potential hazards.
🦺Cost Estimation and Budgeting, assessing materials, equipments and labour required for the project.
🦺 Regulatory and Compliance
🦺 Documentation and Reporting, technical drawings, and specifications, prepare progress reports.
🦺 Accountability and Reporting to Senior Engineer.
REQUIREMENTS:
🪜Candidates Should possess a B.Sc/B.Eng/HND in Civil Engineering.
🪜Should possess at least 1 or 2 years Hands-On Experience in both road and building construction projects.
🪜Candidates that reside within ILARO(Ogun), or OSHODI(Lagos) or environs close to this locations will be mostly considered.
🪜Candidates should be available to attend interview and resume immediately either at the LAGOS or ILARO Branch, and should be able to work with little or no Supervision.
