📝 Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cobbler responsible for assessing, repairing, and restoring footwear and leather items. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:
* Assess shoes, boots, bags, and leather items for repair needs
* Perform repairs including sole replacement, heel fixing, stitching, and refurbishment
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications
* Communicate clearly with customers on costs, timelines, and updates
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
* Monitor and manage repair material inventory
* Keep accurate records of expenses and materials
* Forward completed items for Quality Control before delivery

* Proven experience in shoe/leather repair
* Strong technical repair skills
