💰 Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦160,000 per month
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in debt recovery or collections.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
* Ability to drive team performance and consistently achieve collection targets.
Collections Agent
💰 Salary: ₦90,000 and above
Requirements:
* Previous experience in collections, telesales, customer service, or a related role is an added advantage.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven, resilient, and customer-focused.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
📅 Monday – Saturday
🕒 8:30 a.m. – 6:00/7:00 p.m.
