●Completed training as a foreman, master craftsman, or construction technician
●At least 5 years of professional experience in the implementation of complex building construction projects
●Comprehensive technical understanding of structural work, formwork and reinforcement
●Communication skills
●Hands on mentality
●MS Office skills
●Englisch language skills (B2/C1)
