‼️ Hiring: Content & Publishing Manager
Location: Costain, Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦300,000 Monthly
Role Summary:
The Content & Publishing Manager will oversee the company’s publishing operations, including book production, distribution, inventory management, publishing partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day publishing operations and projects
* Coordinate book production with authors, editors, designers, and printers
* Drive publishing sales, partnerships, and market expansion
* Manage bookstore and distributor relationships
* Monitor inventory, consignments, and stock movement
* Ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and operational efficiency
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in publishing, content management, editorial operations, or book production
* Experience working with authors, printers, distributors, and bookstores
* Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
