Customer Care & Data Entry Officer
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care & Data Entry Officer.
The ideal candidate should be easy-going, willing to learn, communicate effectively with customers, and be comfortable handling basic data entry and administrative tasks.
Work Location – Lagos Island, Lagos
Working Hours
**Monday – Saturday**
**9:00 AM – 4:30 PM**
Salary – ₦150,000 monthly + other incentives and bonuses**
Key Responsibilities
* Attend to customers’ inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Provide customers with accurate information about the company’s services and processes.
* Follow up with customers and ensure their questions or complaints are properly addressed.
* Record and update customer information accurately.
* Maintain and organize customer records and other relevant data.
* Monitor and update customer information when necessary
* Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service
Requirements
* Must have **great communication and interpersonal skills**.
* Must live close to **Lagos Island** or be able to commute conveniently to Lagos Island every day.
* Must have **basic knowledge of Microsoft Office**, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Basic computer and data-entry skills.
* Must be organized and pay attention to details.
* Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Previous experience in customer service, data entry, administration, or a related role is an advantage.
