Customer Service Manager (Retail Operations)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Work Mode: Monday – Friday + 2 Saturdays per month
Salary: ₦300,000 Net
Preference: Female candidates (proximity to Ikoyi required – Surulere, Lagos Island, Lekki, Yaba, Iyana Oworo)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Manager with a strong background in retail operations to oversee customer experience, manage service teams, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily customer service operations within the retail environment
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Manage, train, and supervise customer service representatives
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance customer experience
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent service standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in customer service, with retail operations experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside close to Ikoyi or within the listed areas
