Hiring: Customer Service Officer

📍 Lagos

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with transactions, confirmations, and troubleshooting
• Handle account registration, verification, and security issues
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Collect customer feedback for improvement
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system

Requirements
• Minimum SSCE or OND
• At least 1 year of experience
• Must reside within Festac and surrounding areas
