Role: Customer Success / Parent Relations Officer (Full-Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly responsive and detail-oriented Customer Success / Parent Relations Officer to manage relationships with parents and ensure a seamless tutoring experience. This role is critical to client retention, satisfaction, and overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
– Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians
– Manage onboarding of new clients and match them with suitable tutors
– Monitor lesson progress and follow up on feedback from parents
– Resolve complaints quickly and professionally
– Ensure consistent communication between tutors and clients
– Track client satisfaction and retention metrics
– Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Requirements
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally
– Highly organized and responsive (this is very important)
– Prior experience in customer service, education, or client management is an advantage
– Must be proactive and solution-driven
Work Structure
– Full-time role (on-site)
