👜 Job Opportunity: Debt Recovery Officer
📍 Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
💼 Work Schedule: 5 days/week (including weekends with scheduled off days)
*About the Role:*
We are looking for proactive and results-driven individuals to join our team as Debt Recovery Officers. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy negotiating solutions, this role is for you.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Follow up on outstanding debts and ensure timely recovery
Negotiate repayment plans with clients
Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions
Work closely with Accounts, Sales, and Legal teams
Prepare reports and escalate unresolved cases when necessary
*Requirements:*
– Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc.
– Candidates with SSCE must have relevant experience in customer service or a related role
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work in a target-driven environment
– Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
– Must be ready to resume immediately
– Must own a smartphone (Android or iOS)
– Prior experience in debt recovery or customer service is an added advantage
*Compensation & Benefits:*
– Base Salary: ₦70,000
– Performance Bonus: Up to ₦30,000
– Transport Allowance: ₦15,000
– Attendance Bonus: ₦5,000
– Weekly Incentives & Bonuses
– Public Holiday Pay: Double pay (in line with company policy)

*Work Hours:*
– 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)
