About the Role
We are seeking seasoned senior-level Sales professionals to drive strategic growth and lead high-performing teams within the automobile sector. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, and corporate client management, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth in reputable automotive organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee sales operations, ensuring achievement of corporate sales targets and profitability goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in Nigeria’s automotive industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet buyers, and key industry stakeholders.
Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities across sectors such as logistics, oil & gas, FMCG, and leasing companies.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the sales team.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments (marketing, after-sales, finance, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen brand positioning.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in the automobile industry, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
Strong background in sales management, fleet sales, and corporate business development.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with leading automotive organizations
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian automobile market and corporate sales landscape.
Strong business acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
