Our client school in AJAH, LAGOS needs a competent and proactive person to oversee the maintenance and smooth running of all school facilities.
Ideal candidate must have a technical skill in either plumbing/electrical work, etc. Employed candidate resumes immediately
ROLE: FACILITY MANAGER
LOCATION: AJAH, LAGOS
SALARY: ₦150,000
ACCOMODATION IS AVAILABLE
REQUIREMENT:
💼 Candidate must have practical skills in maintenance, repairs, or facility management
💼 Candidate must have minimum of 2 years experience managing facilities in a school or similar environment.
💼 Ability to supervise maintenance staff and manage vendors.
💼 Good problem-solving and organizational skills
💼Candidate must be physically fit and able to handle on-site tasks.
