A Facility Manager is urgently needed in a Real Estate Company at Central Area, Abuja.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of BSC/HND
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in facility management, property management
3. Good knowledge of building maintenance, repairs and facility operations.
4. Ability to supervise maintenance staff, contractors and service providers.
5. Experience managing property operations, inspections and tenant relations.
6. Ability to manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenses and prepare reports.
7. Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
8. Must be proactive, responsible and detail-oriented.
SALARY: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly
