We’re Hiring: Field Sales Agent
Location: Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 Net Monthly + Commission
Transport Allowance: ₦50,000
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven *Field Sales Agents* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products, acquiring new customers, increasing sales within assigned territories, and building strong relationships with retail outlets and customers. Key Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard *new customers, retail outlets, supermarkets, stores, and distributors* within assigned territories
* Promote and sell company products directly to customers and businesses
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat sales
* Ensure products are readily available and visible at customer locations and retail outlets
* Meet and exceed assigned *sales targets and performance goals*
* Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand customer base
* Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management
* Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales activities and customer engagements
* Represent the company professionally while building brand presence in the market
Requirements
* Minimum of *1–2 years experience in field sales or direct sales roles*
* Experience in *FMCG or retail sales* is an added advantage
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
* Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
* Good knowledge of the *Lagos market and surrounding territories*
* Must be proactive, energetic, and result-oriented
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
