About the Role
Africa Prudential Plc is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and drive business growth through financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
โข Align financial plans with business objectives.
โข Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial statements.
โข Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and financial performance.
โข Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
โข Drive cost optimisation, resource allocation, and financial efficiency.
โข Conduct variance analysis and develop financial models.
โข Support budgeting, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
โข Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
โข ICAN, ACCA, or CFA qualification is an advantage.
โข Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
โข Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
โข Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
โข Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
โข Commercial awareness and ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations.
