**JOB TITLE:** Fleet Business Development / Corporate Sales
**COMPANY:** RYDABAY Automotive
**LOCATION:** Lagos (Field / Hybrid)

**WHAT YOU’LL DO:**
* Find companies with fleets (logistics, corporates, SMEs, NGOs)
* Pitch our maintenance/repair service
* **Close deals and onboard clients**
* Manage relationships and grow accounts
* Hit monthly targets (clients + revenue)

**WHAT WE NEED:**
* B2B sales or business development experience
* You can **close**, not just talk
* Network with companies/fleet owners is a plus
* Good communication and negotiation
* Self-driven, target-focused

**PAY:**
* Salary
* Commission on every deal
* Extra bonus for hitting targets

**HOW YOU’RE MEASURED:**
* New fleet accounts signed
* Revenue from your clients
* Client retention
—
