About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Founding CTO with deep expertise in distributed systems and telecom-grade networking. This leader will define the technical direction, architecture, and scalability strategy for our next-generation edge networking platform.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and own the overall system architecture for distributed, real-time networking.
· Select and standardize protocols, infrastructure models, and routing logic.
· Drive scalability engineering decisions to support millions of concurrent connections.
· Oversee technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Build and mentor a world-class engineering team.
· Collaborate with product leadership to translate vision into technical execution.
Profile & Qualifications
· Distributed systems design and implementation.
· Mesh networking and telecom architecture.
· Edge computing and real-time systems.
· Scalability engineering for high-throughput environments.
Ideal Background
· Leadership roles in telecom infrastructure or SD-WAN companies.
· Experience in cloud networking or edge computing startups.
· Proven track record of building resilient, scalable platforms.
