🔹 1–2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk role
🔹 Must be experienced with Opera PMS
🔹 Good knowledge of check-in/check-out procedures
🔹 Experience managing reservations & guest accounts
🔹 Excellent customer service & communication skills
🔹 Professional, well-presented & friendly
🔹 Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
🔹 Reliable, organized & able to work under pressure
