We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Oversee the overall operations of the business
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability targets are met
Supervise and coordinate department heads (Sales, Admin, Operations)
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control
Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Establish and enforce company policies and procedures
Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Minimum of 4 years experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Proven track record in business growth and operations management
High level of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
Salary
₦200,000 – ₦400,000 monthly.
