🚨 *Hiring: Growth & Analytics Lead (Remote, Full-Time)*
Are you someone who can look at a dashboard and know exactly what it’s telling you, and act on it?
Reviel is a human regulation platform, built for founders, professionals, students, creatives, and caregivers. We’re looking for a Growth & Analytics Lead to run paid ad campaigns and turn performance data into decisions the whole team can act on.
What you’ll own:
* Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, and similar)
* Track and report on performance across all growth channels
* Translate raw data into clear insights for content, partnerships, and product decisions
* Optimize campaigns for reach, conversion, and cost-efficiency, including ongoing budget allocation across channels
* Set up and maintain the analytics infrastructure needed for honest reporting (Search Console, GA4, and similar tools)
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Paid Media, with hands-on ad campaign management
* Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and similar tools
* Comfortable working with incomplete data and flagging what’s TBD rather than guessing
* Strong communication skills — you’ll be translating numbers for non-technical stakeholders
