*Job Title: Head of Business Development*

*Role Summary*
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Business Development to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships within the financial services space.
*Key Responsibilities*
– Develop and execute strategies to grow client base and Assets Under Management (AUM)
– Build and manage relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients
– Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
– Collaborate on development and positioning of financial products
– Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights
– Lead and mentor the business development team
*Requirements*
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA is an advantage)
– Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development within financial services
– Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
– Strong knowledge of Nigerian capital markets and regulations
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
