🔥 VACANCY: Head of Finance (Executive Role) 🔥
We are recruiting a results-driven Head of Finance to oversee strategic financial planning, treasury, financial reporting, risk management, and budgeting.
📌 Location: Gbagada, Lagos (Fully Onsite)
📌 Experience: Minimum 7 Years (With 5+ years in a core finance leadership role)
📌 Qualifications: B.Sc in Finance/Accounting + Professional Certification (ACA/ACCA/CFA Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate financial strategies and provide insights directly to the CEO and Board.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, tax planning, payroll, and timely financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, maintain liquidity, and manage banking relations.
• Drive financial risk mitigation, lead audits, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
• Manage and mentor the finance department to hit organizational performance targets.
• Proven background managing complex financial operations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Financial Modeling) & ERP systems.
• Solid grasp of corporate finance and reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
