About the Role
PZ Cussons is seeking an experienced logistics leader to drive the strategy, performance and transformation of its nationwide logistics network, covering transportation, warehousing and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve service, efficiency and growth.
* Lead transportation, warehousing and distribution operations nationwide.
* Ensure effective order fulfilment and consistent customer service.
* Manage logistics providers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Optimise inventory flows and distribution networks for cost and resilience.
* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Lead, develop and motivate the logistics team.
Requirements
* Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Pure Sciences, Economics or related field.
* 10–15 years’ progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation and supply chain operations.
* Proven experience improving service, reducing costs and driving operational excellence.
* Experience managing large, multi-site logistics operations and cross-functional teams.
* Strong knowledge of logistics strategy, inventory and transportation management.
* Experience with ERP, WMS or TMS platforms such as SAP.
* Professional logistics/supply chain certifications or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
