JOB SUMMARY
Staffbridge Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced and result-driven Head of Sales to lead and maximize sales performance across luxury retail boutiques in Nigeria. The role is focused on driving revenue growth, customer retention, business expansion, and overall sales strategy within the luxury retail sector.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
KEY REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)
• 15+ years progressive sales experience in FMCG, Telecoms, Banking, or Luxury Retail
• Strong business growth and market strategy experience
• Proven leadership and sales team management capability
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Experience in coaching and developing teams
• Passion for luxury retail and customer excellence
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel across boutiques in Nigeria
