Head of Sales – Africa
We are seeking a seasoned commercial executive with a strong track record of success across African markets.
Key requirements:
· Minimum 8–12 years’ experience within a leading multinational environment
· Proven success managing multi-country or regional portfolios
· Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent revenue growth and market share expansion
· Strong leadership capability with experience managing large, diverse teams
· Ability to influence at executive and board level within matrix organisations
· High levels of resilience, adaptability, and commercial acumen
· Relevant degree in Business, Economics, or related discipline (postgraduate qualifications advantageous)
