JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Technology to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of all technology initiatives. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can align technology with business goals, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence across digital platforms and infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide strategic direction for technology adoption, innovation, and digital transformation
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, software, and infrastructure
• Lead and mentor the technology team and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and customer experience through technology
• Manage vendors, budgets, and technology procurement
• Track emerging trends and recommend scalable solutions
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8–10 years’ experience in technology leadership roles
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation
• Knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and enterprise systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise
• Innovative mindset and business-focused approach
