About the Role
Croxum’s client, an Oil & Gas operation in Nigeria, is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage HR operations, workforce coordination, and compliance within a site-based industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations)
* Support manpower planning and workforce coordination for site operations
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards
* Handle employee engagement, welfare, and conflict resolution
* Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting
* Coordinate training and development programs
* Support performance management processes
* Liaise with management on HR strategy and workforce needs
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
* 4–7 years’ experience in HR roles
* Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial environments highly preferred
* Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
* Experience managing site-based workforce
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Must be willing to work in a site-based environment
