Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategy and workforce planning
• Manage talent acquisition and performance management systems
• Oversee employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation
• Drive organizational development and culture management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/MSc in HR or related discipline is an advantage
• CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD certification required
• 10+ years HR experience
• 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
