A reputable company in Lagos is hiring an HR Officer.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Relations or related field
• Minimum of 4 years HR experience in a Human Resources role
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management & HR administration
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal & organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/HRIS
• CIPM is an added advantage
