About the Role
A luxury fashion house specialising in bridal couture, bespoke tailoring, and premium ready-to-wear fashion is seeking an experienced HR & Operations Lead to oversee HR functions and daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee HR functions, employee performance, and engagement.
• Manage daily operations, workflows, and team accountability.
• Track KPIs, coordinate projects, and prepare management reports.
• Improve HR policies and operational processes.
Requirements
• 5–7 years’ experience in HR, Operations, or People Operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and reporting skills.
• Fashion, retail, or creative industry experience is an advantage.
Work Schedule
• Monday–Saturday, with 1–2 remote days during the week.
• Saturday on-site attendance is compulsory due to bridal consultations, fittings, appointments, and order coordination.
