Job Vacancy: HR Supervisor
Location: Ibadan Oyo State
We’re seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR compliance while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR operations, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads and communicate HR policies effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of payroll administration, Nigerian Labour Law, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
