REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 – 12 years of professional experience in an ICT support or administration role.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in managing Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft 365.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are highly advantageous.
Indepth Knowledge in the usage of BUSY ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
