JOB OVERVIEW
A hospitality-focused organization in Plateau is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering operations, building systems, preventive maintenance, and energy efficiency across facilities while ensuring uninterrupted and safe operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead engineering and maintenance operations
• Supervise technicians and manage shift schedules
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and water treatment systems
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and compliance
• Ensure optimal performance of fire systems and kitchen equipment
• Monitor equipment uptime and system availability
• Track MTTR and maintenance performance KPIs
• Manage energy consumption and cost efficiency
• Control maintenance budgets and expenditures
• Coordinate emergency response and on-call operations
• Oversee vendor and outsourced maintenance services
REQUIREMENTS
• HND/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 8 years facilities/engineering experience
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Hospitality or large F&B experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and water systems
• Experience with CMMS and budgeting
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
