Job Title: Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (with occasional co-working meetups in Lagos – Mainland or Island)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, social media, content creation, and community building, with the ability to grow brand awareness and drive audience engagement through compelling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Develop, maintain, and execute a consistent content calendar with high-quality content.
Create engaging written content, branded graphics, and short-form videos that reflect the company’s warm, premium brand voice.
Build and nurture an engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Research, identify, and manage influencer partnerships and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators from onboarding through campaign execution and performance tracking.
Plan and support customer acquisition campaigns as the business scales.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Track key performance metrics across all digital platforms and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and brand positioning.
Recommend new content ideas, campaigns, and growth initiatives based on data and audience behavior.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) best practices and platform algorithms.
Experience creating engaging content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar design and video editing software.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and creator relationships.
Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
