Job Title: Natural Hair Stylist / Stylist
Reports To: Stylist Supervisor / Salon Manager
Location: Ojota or Surulere (indicate preferred location in your application)
Employment Type: Full-time (weekend availability required)
Role Summary
Responsible for delivering high-quality natural hair services while building and maintaining a loyal client base to support salon growth and productivity.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: ₦110,000 monthly
• Service Commission: 5% of gross service revenue
• Retail Commission: 5% of net retail sales
• Benefits: Health coverage, pension, and statutory contributions
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience
• Strong expertise in natural hair care, styling, and braiding
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, honest, and hardworking
