Job Title: Officer, Operations Command Centre
Location: WCC/VI (Victoria Island, Lagos)
Salary: N180,000 + pension, Leave Allowance and 13th Month
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ( minimum of second class lower)
• 2–3 years IT support/operations experience
• Max age: 27
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor applications, servers, and networks
• Log, track, and escalate incidents
• Provide first-level IT support
• Analyse and resolve system issues
• Maintain reports and documentation
