Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Procurement Manager to lead the Company’s strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities across our EPC, marine logistics, oil & gas, and renewable energy operations.
The successful candidate will develop and execute procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance while ensuring the timely availability of critical materials, equipment, and services required to support complex projects and business operations.
This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience managing technical procurement, negotiating complex commercial agreements, driving procurement transformation, and building resilient supplier partnerships across local and international markets.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with technical knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver measurable value while maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 10 years’ progressive procurement experience, including leadership responsibility within EPC, oil & gas, marine, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.
* Demonstrated experience managing high-value technical procurement and capital project sourcing.
* Strong knowledge of international sourcing, contract administration, supplier relationship management, and commercial negotiations.
* Experience supporting large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects across multiple disciplines.
* Experience leading procurement transformation or process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.

* Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Certifications:
MCIPS/CIPS
PMP or PRINCE2
Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (or equivalent)
Additional supply chain or contract management certifications will be an advantage.
