Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to support the end-to-end execution of our lending product initiatives.
You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to research, define, and
deliver product improvements that directly impact user experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
•Support product discovery through user research, competitor analysis, and data insights
•Assist in writing product requirements and user stories for new features and improvements
•Work with the engineering team throughout the development cycle — from sprint planning to QA and release
•Monitor product KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
•Coordinate with risk, growth, and operations teams to gather requirements and communicate product changes
•Participate in A/B test design and analysis to optimise the loan application funnel
•Document product specifications, workflows, and release notes
Requirements
•2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role in fintech or financial
•services
•Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
