Product Manager (Fintech)
Location: Accra, Ghana (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
4–7 years of experience in product management, preferably within a fintech, banking, payments, or financial services environment.
Proven experience taking digital products from concept through development, launch, and continuous optimisation.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development, and product discovery.
Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and commercial teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
Experience defining and tracking product KPIs and business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of customer research, product discovery, prioritisation, experimentation, and product analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
Strong understanding of the African fintech ecosystem; experience in the Ghanaian market is an
advantage.
