Production Operator (Substrate & Larvae Processing)

Are you technically inclined, hands-on, and ready to work at the heart of sustainable agri-processing? We’re looking for a **Production Operator** to manage substrate preparation and larvae processing in a fast-growing BSF (Black Soldier Fly) operation.
What You’ll Do
* Operate shredders, mixers & dryers for organic waste processing
* Prepare and monitor substrate for optimal larvae growth
* Manage harvesting & processing of mature larvae into finished products
* Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, checks)
* Ensure strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
* A Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Tech, or related field
* A Minimum 2 years experience in agro-processing/factory operations
* Strong understanding of machinery (motors, belts, gears)
* Proactive problem-solver with leadership potential
* Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping skills

* High-quality larvae & by-products meeting set standards
* Reduced equipment breakdown through proactive maintenance
* Strong team coordination and productivity
* Ability to identify and fix bottlenecks quickly
