Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project execution activities across assigned sites
• Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track project progress and ensure timely ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) sign-off
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead team performance, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Prepare and present regular project status reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management within telecom or infrastructure
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
