Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide cost estimation, quantity measurement, contract administration, and commercial support for oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and quantity take-offs from engineering drawings.
* Develop cost estimates and budgets and monitor project costs.
* Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and support contract administration.
* Assess variations, contractor claims, interim valuations, and final accounts.
* Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and commercial performance reports.
* Verify completed work quantities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Liaise with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients on commercial matters.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
* 8–10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC/EPIC, or industrial projects.
* Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and claims management.
* Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, procurement processes, and tender evaluations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience with CostX, Candy, Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar QS software is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
