Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s global reach
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members
Track and analyse sales statistics based on quantitative metrics
Coordinate and participate in property inspections to showcase listings to prospective buyers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA or advanced certificate is an advantage)
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Superb leadership ability
