About the Role
Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited, Nigeria’s leading Non-Banking Financial Intermediary and Equipment Leasing firm, is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition & Engagement Executive with proven experience recruiting sales-driven roles within a financial institution — someone who understands sales hiring, from volume and speed to quality and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and commercial roles
* Design and execute high-volume hiring strategies without compromising quality
* Build strong pipelines for Relationship Officers, Sales Executives, and Field Sales Teams
* Conduct structured interviews focused on sales competence, attitude, and track record
* Partner with business leaders on manpower needs and performance expectations
* Manage onboarding to ensure new hires are productivity-ready
* Drive employee engagement initiatives for sales teams
* Support retention strategies for high-performing sales staff
* Track recruitment and engagement metrics; provide insights and recommendations
* Act as a trusted HR partner to sales managers and regional leadership
Requirements
* 3–5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, preferably within a financial institution
* Direct experience recruiting sales roles (non-negotiable)
* Strong understanding of sales KPIs, targets, and performance culture
* Ability to recruit at speed without sacrificing quality
* Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a hybrid structure and managing multiple hiring pipelines
* Understanding of hiring realities in Abuja, Kano, and Port Harcourt
