Responsibilities:
▪️ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles (e.g., drivers, warehouse staff, hub supervisors, corporate roles).
▪️ Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and timelines.
▪️ Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
▪️ Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
